Building strong foundations through movement Structured movement & development programme available online and in schools. Fun, evidence-based activities that improve coordination, balance, confidence and school readiness. Includes progress tracking and parent reports.
Clear body composition insights Professional scale that shows muscle mass, fat percentage, body balance and growth trends – not just weight. Perfect for tracking progress in our movement programmes.
Early development from the very beginning Gentle, age-appropriate stimulation and milestone support for babies 0–2 years. Standardised evaluations, guided play and practical home strategies to give every baby the best start.
Conversations that grow strong foundations Expert interviews, practical parenting tips and child-development insights. Listen on the go and get real strategies you can use at home or in the classroom.
Supporting the nervous system through movement Reflex testing, sensory screening and gentle integration programmes (online + in-practice). Helps with attention, coordination, emotional regulation and learning readiness.
According to the Department of Education your child may go to Gr. 1 in the year that he turns 6 (before 30 June).This is not a good idea according to many therapists as children are not school-ready by this young age.
